Where can I park?2018-01-28T01:48:26+00:00

Parking in Oxford city centre is extremely limited and ludicrously expensive

Oxford Park and Ride is the easiest way to get into Oxford by car. There are five park and ride sites located around Oxford’s ring road, with regular bus services to the city centre.

If you are using the Park and Ride, ask your driver which stop is best to disembark for Cornmarket. With 5 park and rides, it would be too confusing listing different route stops  here.

Is the route wheelchair accessible?2018-01-27T20:40:51+00:00

Yes, our free oxford walking tour routes are generally flat and level, with only a few cobble stones and some narrow passages.

All Wander Oxford walking tours are undertaken entirely at your own risk. Neither Wander Oxford or your guide accept any liabilities what so ever for any personal injury or material losses.

We encourage individuals of the Walking Tour to be aware of other Group Members and their needs.

Please stay together, particularly in areas of high pedestrian traffic and whilst crossing roads.

Wear comfortable shoes. Some walking surfaces are cobbled. Wet weather conditions may make some surfaces slippery.

Ensure your clothing is suitable for the day’s weather forecast and a steady walking pace.

If you wish to leave the Group prematurely, before the tour has finished then please inform your guide.

We promote a light-hearted, friendly and casual tour group structure. Members that are abusive or intoxicated will be asked to leave the Group.
